The City of Newark, in cooperation with the Lindsey M. Bonistall Foundation, is pleased to announce the listing of the following properties as "Certified Off-Campus Housing."

In November 2006, City Council approved a resolution supporting this initiative and directed the Building Department to incorporate the foundations security specifications with its annual rental property housing inspections for those properties that volunteered to be part of the program.

The department, Mark Bonistall, and some of his staff conducted an inspection of Towne Court Apartments, now Studio Green Apartments, in December 2006 that resulted in this certification.
